Content Guidelines

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Freetivity:

• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages on the basis of race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Harassment and Cyberbullying: Content that targets individuals with prolonged or malicious insults, threats, or intimidation. This includes doxxing, nonconsensual sexualization, or posting content intended to shame or degrade.
• Nudity and Sexual Content: Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits, abuses or endangers children. Some educational, artistic, or documentary content with nudity may be permitted with appropriate context and restrictions. This applies to all forms of content, including gacha representations.
• Violent or Graphic Content: Content that is gratuitously violent, incites violence, or depicts harmful or dangerous acts in a shocking or sensational manner. Exceptions may be made for video content with clear educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic value, with appropriate warnings and context.
• Dangerous Activities and Challenges: Content that encourages or depicts illegal or dangerous activities that could lead to serious physical harm or death.
• Misinformation and Disinformation: Content that is deliberately false or misleading and has the potential to cause real-world harm (e.g., medical misinformation, election interference, manipulated media).
• Impersonation: Accounts or content that impersonate another person or entity in a deceptive manner. Parody and fan accounts must be clearly labeled.
• Spam and Scams: Content that is repetitive, unwanted, or deceptive, including scams, phishing, or spreading malware.
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, such as the sale of regulated goods, drug use, or instructions for committing crimes.
• Copyright and Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Please see our Copyright Policy for more details on our content protection and takedown procedures.

We expect all users of Freetivity to engage with each other in a respectful manner to maintain a positive community environment. When interacting on our video platform, please adhere to the following principles:

• Be Considerate: Always be mindful of your language and tone. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
• No Personal Attacks: Do not engage in personal attacks, insults, or "flame wars." Focus on the content and ideas being discussed, not on attacking individuals.
• Respect Differences: Our community is diverse. Respect differing opinions and engage in constructive, civil discussions even when you disagree.
• Avoid Spamming: Do not spam or flood comment sections, forums, or other interactive areas with repetitive messages, advertisements, or irrelevant content.
• Protect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without their explicit consent. Respect the privacy of all users.

By fostering respectful conduct, we can ensure Freetivity remains a welcoming space for everyone to share and enjoy video content.

Our dedicated moderation team reviews reported content and takes action based on these guidelines. We strive for fairness and transparency in our moderation decisions to ensure content protection and avoid unfair takedowns.

• Content that violates these guidelines may be removed.
• Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may face account restrictions, suspension, or permanent banning.
• We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
• Decisions are made by human reviewers to ensure context and fairness are considered, upholding our commitment to creative freedom on Freetivity.
